Two-year old anna.aero wins cake of the week – celebrates with new tranche of expansion

Since we began sending anna.aero to the world’s network planning community in July 2007, we have identified over 4,000 new routes, started by 400 brave airlines from across the globe. Ryanair alone has launched over 500 of these, followed by easyJet with 200, Wizz Air with over 100, and Norwegian and WestJet with almost 100 each. Congratulations to them and to us.

Despite recession anna.aero has been a commercial success because airports increasingly appreciate the limitless distribution possiblilities and very low costs of new media when offered by a “Rolls-Royce” site like anna.aero. And as if we needed any more proof that new routes are good for jobs, we are celebrating by creating three further executive positions. If you or a friend would like to apply to one of these Gatwick-based jobs you can view and apply using this link: anna.aero jobs.

I’d like to thank all 30,000+ of you for visiting anna.aero each month and I’ll also take this opportunity to express my boundless gratitude to all our great airport advertising customers in both anna.aero and the TheRouteShop.com.

If you are taking a well-deserved holiday in August, please go by plane.

Good luck, God bless.
