A last photo before take-off of airberlin’s inaugural flight from Düsseldorf to Liberia in Costa Rica: Karl-Hermann Hansen, airberlin’s Manager Media & Events, and Ulrich Topp, Düsseldorf Airport’s Director Aviation Marketing with Cpt. Greiner-Petter and his crew. (It looks cold in Düsseldorf, but it was +31C on arrival in Liberia.)
- airberlin has introduced fortnightly (Saturday) flights from Düsseldorf (DUS) to Liberia (LIR) in Costa Rica, operating via Cancun (CUN) in Mexico. The Airbus A330-200 service will operate twice monthly until the end of April.
