- UTair Ukraine launched a domestic route between Kiev Zhulyany (IEV) and Lviv (LWO), which recently has been only partially open due to runway extension works, on 15 February. Flights operate 11 times weekly with ATR42 aircraft. While the route is uncontested, indirect competition at Kiev Borispol comes from Dnieproavia, Aerosvit and Ukraine International.
