Delta adds 12 destinations to its NY LaGuardia network, and connects Seattle with Paris CDG
- On 25 March, Delta started the first batch of new destinations from New York LaGuardia, NY (LGA), and is now flying to 12 new US destinations. The move comes as a result of an extensive slot swap between Delta and US Airways, which involved LaGuardia and Washington National and was previously covered by anna.aero analysis. Delta faces US Airways on as many as 10 routes, while American Airlines provides substantial competition in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (DFW) and Miami, FL (MIA) markets (98 and 70 weekly flights respectively). The following table summarises the new routes launched by Delta from LaGuardia. For detailed fleet information, please see our downloadable spreadsheet of all new routes launched this week.
