Ural Airlines launches new route from St. Petersburg to Yerevan

• On 17 April, Russia’s Ural Airlines, which together with Cologne/Bonn Airport recently took anna.aero Cake Prize in the record-smashing 5,400+ reader vote, inaugurated services from St Petersburg (LED) to Yerevan (EVN). The 2,400-kilometre route to Armenia’s capital is offered with weekly frequencies and operated with A321s. Competition comes from the Russian state carrier Rossyia, which offers twice-weekly flights, as well as from Armavia’s also twice-weekly service.
