Azerbaijan Airlines launches new route from Baku to Novosibirsk

• On 1 June, Azerbaijan Airlines expanded its presence in Russia with weekly services from Baku (GYD) to Novosibirsk (OVB) in Siberia. The 2,900-kilometre route is operated with A319 aircraft. The only other airline to operate the route is Russia’s S7, which serves Baku from Novosibirsk with twice-weekly flights.
