Iberia resumes services from Madrid to Naples

• On 2 June, Iberia’s low-cost subsidiary Iberia Express commenced services on the route from Madrid (MAD) to Naples (NAP) in the Italian region of Campania. The A320 operated route is offered with twice-weekly frequencies in competition with easyJet’s five weekly flights. Air Nostrum previously operated the route for Iberia since 2004, but the six weekly flights were dropped altogether in January 2012.
