Transaero launches flights to Kiev Zhulyany Airport in Ukraine

  • Transaero, the fast-growing Russian carrier, began serving its second airport in Ukraine’s capital Kiev on 15 June as the airline moved six of 21 weekly Moscow Domodedovo (DME) flights to Kiev from Kiev Boryspil to Kiev Zhulyany (IEV). The six weekly flights are operated with 737-500 aircraft. According to Innovata, this makes Transaero the fourth airline to serve the Kiev airport after Wizz Air, Business Aviation Center and Sky Wings.
