Ryanair celebrated 6,666,666 passengers at Bratislava Airport.

On 14 March, Ryanair celebrated 6,666,666 passengers at Bratislava Airport, since it started serving the airport in October 2005. The lucky passenger was Slovak native Rastislav Polak, who was awarded a Ryanair voucher. Hamburg Airport celebrated on 17 March the official start of construction work on the new air cargo centre that will replace the old facility. The new “Hamburg Airport Cargo Center” (HACC) is scheduled to open in summer 2015, with modern and efficient freight handling processes that can accommodate an annual capacity of up to 150,000 tonnes of air freight.

Ryanair celebrates St. Patrick's Day with local Irish dancers.

On 17 March, Ryanair celebrated St. Patrick’s Day at Leeds Bradford Airport with local dancers from Tierney’s School of Irish Dancing. The ULCC, which operates twice-daily flights from the Yorkshire gateway to Dublin, hosted the event to mark its 17th year of operations on this airport pair.
