- Onur Air has doubled its presence in Russia from its Antalya (AYT) base, beginning on 23 April operations to Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO), and joining the airline’s existing flights to Kazan. Initially being operated five times weekly with the airline’s 182-seat A321s, the service will be quickly increased to daily from mid-May. Aeroflot will provide some intense competition, offering double-daily connections on the airport pair. In addition, Turkish Airlines and Transaero Airlines will provide indirect competition, with their respective services from the Turkish holiday destination to Moscow Vnukovo.
