US Airways expands its domestic network with Watertown service
- US Airways resumed domestic flights between Philadelphia, PA (PHL) and Watertown, NY (ART), after it last operated the service seven years ago. On 8 May, the carrier once again started serving the 462-kilometre sector with twice-daily flights, utilising Air Wisconsin’s 50-seat CRJ 200s. No other airline serves this route, or any other from Watertown, as this is currently the airport’s only scheduled service. This new service replaces American Airlines’ twice-daily flights to its Chicago O’Hare hub which ended on 8 May.
