Turkish Airlines adds two new Algerian destinations

  • Turkish Airlines has added its 11th and 12th destinations in North Africa, by starting services to Tlemcen (TLM) and Batna (BLJ) airports in Algeria from its Istanbul Atatürk (IST) base, stopping in the former first before continuing onto the latter. The twice-weekly (Mondays and Saturdays) operation will be flown by a variety of equipment. The inaugural flight took place on 31 July and no other operators offer the same city pairs.
