All New Airline Routes
A total of 23 routes have been launched by 18 airlines during the course of last week, including SalamAir launching its eighth route from Muscat, Air Moldova beginning its only link to the Middle East, plus Interjet commencing a route trio to Los Angeles.
A total of 49 routes have been launched by 24 airlines during the course of the past week, including Thai Airways commencing flights to Vienna, Jazeera Airways linking Kuwait City to Hyderabad, plus Thomas Cook Airlines making a move on Mauritius from Manchester.
A total of 47 routes have been launched by 16 airlines during the course of this week, including 12 new sectors from Spirit Airlines, Norwegian adding transatlantic services from Rome Fiumicino, and Wataniya Airways connecting Kuwait City with Beirut and Luxor.
68 airlines have commenced 182 routes this week, including 31 new routes from Ryanair, Tianjin Airlines adding a Chongqing-Melbourne operation to its network map, and El Al returning to Miami for the first time since August 2008.

A total of 18 routes have been launched by 10 airlines during the course of last week, including Allegiant Air beginning services to Milwaukee, Air Austral linking Reunion with Marseille, and Lanmei Airlines commencing operations from Cambodia to Macau.
A total of 53 routes have been launched by 13 airlines during the course of the past week, including Ryanair linking Glasgow Prestwick to Rzeszow, SalamAir switching airports in Dubai, plus Allegiant Air introducing seven new previously unserved US domestic sectors.
During the past two weeks a total of 53 routes have been launched by 29 airlines during the course of last week, including Hainan Airlines introducing Brisbane to its network, Saudi Arabian Airlines inaugurating flights to its eighth Indian destination, plus LATAM Airlines linking Santiago to Tucuman in Argentina.
A total of 28 routes were launched by 23 airlines during the course of the past week, including Wizz Air commencing a new Eastern Europe capital connection, Norwegian inaugurating Denver and Seattle-Tacoma flights, plus Air India Express adding its fourth route to Singapore.
12 airlines have commenced 44 services this week, including 25 new routes from Ryanair, Australia’s Regional Express adding Port Augusta to its Adelaide network, and Pakistan International Airlines inaugurating a new city pair to Bangkok from Karachi.
A total of 29 routes were launched by 24 airlines during the course of last week, including LATAM Airlines commencing flights between Lima and Tucuman, Jetstar Pacific Airlines starting its first Japanese routes, plus Eastern Airways boosting its Belfast City operations with a link to Newcastle.
