  • Porter Airlines expanded the network at its Toronto City (YTZ) base on 27 April when the airline launched a new route to Windsor (YQG) in southernmost Ontario, neighbouring Detroit in the US. The 330-kilometre route is now operated 19 times weekly with the airline’s 70-seat Q400 aircraft. Indirect competition comes from Air Canada Jazz’s 46 weekly flights from Toronto Pearson.
