Aegean Airlines connects Larnaca with Greek islands Rhodes and Mykonos

  • Aegean Airlines, the Greek Star Alliance airline, continued expanding its new Larnaca (LCA) base in Cyprus in the last week, launching two seasonal routes to the Greek islands. On 24 June, the airline began operating twice-weekly to Rhodes (RHO) and the following day, two weekly flights were launched to Mykonos (JMK). Both new routes are operated with A320 aircraft. The Rhodes route is a relaunch, as the airline operated the route in 2008-2009, however, the Mykonos service has not been served regularly in the past. Both routes are served until early September.
