bmibaby now flies a new route from Manchester to Montpellier in France
bmibaby’s crew and passengers were welcomed to Montpellier through a balloon arch in the colours of the airline, which suitably also are those of both the UK and France. Once inside the terminal, the delighted passengers were treated with a welcome buffet.
- bmibaby, the British low-cost airline, on 2 July added a new destination to its network. From Manchester (MAN) in northern England, the airline now flies twice-weekly to Montpellier (MPL) on the French Mediterranean coast. The route, which Montpellier – Méditerranée Airport had advertised for in the Route Shop, is now operated seasonally until 10 September with the airline’s 737 aircraft.
