Jetisfaction re-launches services from Münster/Osnabrück to Poland, Switzerland and the UK using Saab 340
Jetisfaction, a German aircraft brokerage and consulting business, recently re-launched limited scheduled services from Münster/Osnabrück Airport in north-west Germany. Last September, the company briefly operated flights from the airport to Poznan and Zurich with a Beech 1900D. This time round, the company is using a Saab 340 operated by SkyTaxi, a Wroclaw-based charter airline.
Flights to Zurich operate twice daily, but on just three days
Jetisfaction re-started flights to Zurich last week. Unusually, although the route is served six times per week, the actual schedule comprises twice daily flights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Last week saw the launch of three further routes, each of which operates just twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The new routes link Münster/Osnabrück to Poznan (a 1 hour 40 minute flight), Poznan to Wroclaw (a 25 minute flight), and Wroclaw to Zurich (a 1 hour 45/50 minute flight). The following table illustrates the schedule operated.

London Southend route starts at end of October
The start of the winter schedule will see the airline add a fifth airport to its network when daily flights to London Southend begin. Münster/Osnabrück currently offers direct flights to London Stansted operated by airberlin, but these will cease at the end of October. According to UK CAA statistics, airberlin carried 61,000 passengers on the route last year, down slightly from over 63,000 in 2009.
