TransAsia Airways launches new route to Vietnam from Taiwan

  • TransAsia Airways launched its first route to Vietnam out of Kaohsiung (KHH), Taiwan’s second-largest city, on 10 November. The airline now flies twice-weekly with A321 aircraft to the Vietnamese capital Hanoi (HAN), competing with UNI Air’s and Vietnam Airlines’ each three weekly flights. The competing airlines notably both also serve Ho Chi Minh City.
