Transavia.com flies to the Austrian Alps from Groningen in the Netherlands

For the first time, Groningen in northern Netherlands offers scheduled services to the Alps. Transavia.com is here seen welcomed to the airport after its first Salzburg flight.
- Transavia.com launched two new ski routes to the Austrian Alps from Groningen (GRQ) in northern Netherlands. Flights to both Innsbruck (INN) and Salzburg (SZG) launched on Christmas Eve, 24 December, and each route is served weekly with the airline’s 737-800 aircraft. This is notably the first time Groningen offers scheduled services to the Alps.
