Vladivostok Air launches new route from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Ulan-Ude
- On 25 March, Vladivostok Air launched new route connecting Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO) with Siberia’s third largest city Ulan-Ude (UUD). The new destination, located about 100 kilometres southeast of Lake Baikal, becomes the fourth to be offered by Vladivostok Air from the Moscow airport, and is served with five weekly frequencies. Russian-made 142-seat TU204 aircraft are deployed on the route. There is no direct competition on the route, although Yakutia Airlines serves the capital of the Republic of Buryatia with three-weekly flights from another Moscow airport, Vnukovo, and S7 flies daily from Domodedovo Airport.
