germanwings raises Cologne/Bonn network to almost 70 routes
- Lufthansa’s in-house LCC germanwings has added four new routes from its main Cologne/Bonn (CGN) base and one from its Stuttgart (STR) base. The airline’s new routes to Catania (CTA) from both airports will compete with existing services operated by airberlin. The Nador (NDR) route from Cologne/Bonn is already served by Air Arabia Maroc, but both Rijeka (RJK) and Tunis (TUN) are not currently served by any other scheduled carrier. This summer, germanwings will serve almost 70 destinations from Cologne/Bonn.
