Monarch adds Dubrovnik and Venice from Manchester
- Following the introduction last week of seven new routes, UK hybrid carrier Monarch has added two further destinations from its Manchester (MAN) base. Dubrovnik (DBV) in Croatia will be served with three weekly flights while Venice (VCE) will also be served with three weekly flights, both routes operated by A320s. While the former is uncontested, Jet2.com offers six weekly flights between Manchester and Venice this summer. Maybe surprisingly, Ryanair does not (yet) operate flights between Manchester and Venice Treviso, although it serves the secondary Venice airport from Leeds/Bradford.
