United connects New York and Buenos Aires
- On 6 April, United launched a new route connecting its New York Newark, NJ (EWR) hub and Buenos Aires (EZE). The service comes as replacement of flights from Washington Dulles, making Argentina’s capital the fourth South American destination offered by United from Newark. “The New York/Newark-Buenos Aires route gives East Coast travellers direct connections between two of the major business and tourism destinations in the Americas,” said John Slater, United’s VP of Sales for the Americas. United already serves Buenos Aires from Houston Intercontinental.
