  • Last week, Volotea, the brainchild of the original founders of Vueling Carlos Muñoz and Lázaro Ros, further expanded its base in Venice (VCE) with seven new destinations. All routes are operated with the airline’s fleet of 125-seat 717s and none face any competition.
