FlyGeorgia launches flights from Tbilisi to Dubai
- FlyGeorgia inaugurated services on the 2,100-kilometre route from Tbilisi (TBS) to Dubai (DXB) on 3 January. John Kohlsaat, CEO of the Georgian airline, said: “Our country has something to offer everyone, whether travelling for business or leisure and FlyGeorgia’s chief priority is to deliver the highest quality service and safety to our passengers to ensure their journey to our airline’s home country is a good experience.” In addition to this newly launched twice-weekly service to Dubai, which it will operate in competition with flydubai’s thrice-weekly flights, FlyGeorgia has an ambitious plan to take delivery of two more aircraft and add four European destinations by March 2013. One of the airline’s two A319s will be deployed on the Dubai route.
