Jetstar Japan adds three routes from Nagoya Chūbu and two from Tokyo Narita

Miyuki Suzuki, Jetstar Japan’s CEO, led the launch celebrations in Nagoya Chūbu Airport, where the airline added three new routes last week.

The Kagami Biraki ceremony was performed by airport and airline officials upon Jetstar Japan’s maiden arrival in Oita from Tokyo Narita.

  • Jetstar Japan continued its dynamic expansion in Japan with the change of seasons, as it launched five new destinations on 31 March, including three new routes from Nagoya Chūbu (NGO) and two from Tokyo Narita (NRT). All three services from Nagoya face considerable competition, while the Tokyo Narita services are operated by Jetstar Japan as the lone carrier.
