A smiley welcome awaited passengers on Thai Smile’s inaugural service from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur.

  • Thai Smile commenced services on three international routes from Phuket (HKT). On 2 April, the airline inaugurated four-weekly services to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and twice-weekly to Delhi (DEL), while on the following day, twice-weekly flights to Mumbai (BOM) also commenced. While there is no competition on the Indian routes, Thai Smile faces AirAsia (28 weekly frequencies), Malaysia Airlines (19) and Qatar Airways (7) in the market from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur.
