- Dutch Antilles Express, the US ANNIE award winner for its double-daily operation between Curaçao and Miami, FL added three extra US routes to its network on 15 April, all of them operated with its 153-seat MD-83s. The airline inaugurated thrice-weekly flights in the previously unserved market of Curaçao (CUR) to Orlando, FL (MCO), and also commenced daily services to Miami, FL (MIA) from both, Aruba (AUA) and Port-au-Prince (PAP), thus extending its US network to a total of four routes.
