Norwegian begins nine routes; six from Helsinki

  • A quieter week for LCC Norwegian, launching just nine routes during 9 April to 15 April, compared to 19 started last week. Helsinki (HEL) takes the lion share of the routes, with six services be inaugurated to Athens (ATH), Bourgas (BOJ), Budapest (BUD), Dublin (DUB), Dubrovnik (DBV) and Prague (PRG). Of all the routes being launched this week, the weekly operation between Karlstad (KSD) and Alicante (ALC) has the longest sector length at 2,548km, while the 1,323-kilometre Helsinki to Prague route has the shortest flight distance. All flights are operated with the airline’s 737-800 aircraft.
