United Airlines returns on the route from San Francisco to Paris CDG

Helping to launch United’s new service from San Francisco, CA, to Paris CDG last week was John Slater, the airline’s VP Sales Americas, who said: “We are excited to offer customers new service between two of the world's most culturally and economically diverse cities.”

  • United Airlines resumed service on the 9,000-kilometre route from San Francisco, CA (SFO) to Paris CDG (CDG) on 26 April, a market it previously served until October 2005. Daily flights are now offered on the route, which will be flown by 767-300s. Competition on the route comes from Air France, which operates 12 weekly frequencies.
