Turkish Airlines adds two European routes from its Istanbul hub; launches seasonal services to Stuttgart from Adana
- Turkish Airlines, which is set to drive the growth of European aviation this summer, inaugurated services to the 226th and 227th destination it offers from its Istanbul Atatürk (IST) hub last week. The northern Spanish city of Santiago (SCQ) became the airline’s sixth destination in the country, while Malta (MLA), winner of this year’s Euro ANNIE as airport with the most new carriers, became the 100th country served by the carrier. In addition, Turkish Airlines also inaugurated seasonal weekly services connecting Adana (ADA) in southern Turkey and Stuttgart (STR). This route is scheduled to terminate in the second half of September.
