Carpatair launches Milan Bergamo from Bacau
- Carpatair, which last week bade farewell to the last Saab 2000 in its fleet as it gears up to restructure its route strategy, commenced operations on the 1,300-kilometre route from Bacau (BCM) in north-eastern Romania to Milan Bergamo (BGY). Beginning on 9 June, Carpatair offers thrice-weekly services on the route, which it initially operates using Fokker 100s, but plans to upgrade to 737-300s in the future.
