Air Mediterranee launches flights from Marseille to Oujda and from Lyon to Lisbon
- Air Méditerranée commenced operations on the route from Marseille (MRS) to Oujda (OUD) in Morocco on 26 June. The carrier, which offers twice-weekly 737-500-operated services on the route, faces competition from Ryanair (three weekly frequencies) and Royal Air Maroc (two). In addition, on the same day Air Méditerranée launched services on the 1,400-kilometre route from Lyon (LYS) to Lisbon (LIS). A321s are deployed to operate the route on a twice-weekly basis in competition with TAP (19 weekly flights) and easyJet (five).
