Ukraine International Airlines launches new services from Kiev Borispol and Simferopol
- Ukraine International Airlines launched two new routes in the course of last week. On 2 July, the carrier commenced seasonal operations on the 1,000-kilometre route from its Kiev Borispol (KBP) hub to Adler/Sochi (AER) in Russia, a service it operates with thrice-weekly frequencies using E190s until the end of August. Two days later, Ukraine International Airlines commenced flights on its fifth route to Tel Aviv (TLV) in Israel, from Simferopol (SIP) in the Crimea. Twice-weekly 737-operated flights are offered on the route, facing competition from services of the same frequency by Air Onix.
