United Airlines adds two Canadian destinations from Chicago O’Hare and Washington Dulles

  • United Airlines has started two new routes on the same day (27 August). The first, a 1,813-kilometre new sector, is from Chicago O’Hare, IL (ORD) to Saskatoon (YXE). The second, a 1,002-kilometre route, is offered between another of United’s hub airports, Washington Dulles, VA (IAD), and is operated to Québec City (YQB). The latest offer to Québec City is the Star Alliance member’s third service to the Canadian city, with flights already offered from Newark and Chicago. Both new routes will be flown daily using E145s, operated on behalf of United by ExpressJet, and neither route has competition.
