Ural Airlines begins Beijing service from Chelyabinsk

Ural Airlines has started weekly (Wednesday) flights from Chelyabinsk (CEK), situated to the east of the Ural Mountains in Russia, to Beijing (PEK). The 775-kilometre city pair, which began on 25 September, will be flown by one of the Russian carrier’s 159-seat A320s. While there will be no competition on the route, this will become the airline’s second service to the Chinese capital, along with existing thrice-weekly flights from Yekaterinburg.
