Ural Airlines begins Beijing service from Chelyabinsk
- Ural Airlines has started weekly (Wednesday) flights from Chelyabinsk (CEK), situated to the east of the Ural Mountains in Russia, to Beijing (PEK). The 775-kilometre city pair, which began on 25 September, will be flown by one of the Russian carrier’s 159-seat A320s. While there will be no competition on the route, this will become the airline’s second service to the Chinese capital, along with existing thrice-weekly flights from Yekaterinburg.
