Qatar Airways makes Clark its second Philippine destination

Qatar Airways SVP Commercial Operations, Woo Yee Seong, presented a Oryx Stone as a token of appreciation to Clark International Airport Corporation’s President and CEO, Victor Jose Luciano shortly after Qatar Airways's inaugural arrival at the Philippine airport.

  • Qatar Airways inaugurated services on the 7,200-kilometre route from its Doha (DOH) hub to Clark (CRK) on 27 October. Clark, the airline’s second destination in the Philippines after Manila, is now linked to the Middle-Eastern hub with daily flights. A330-300s are deployed on the route, on which Qatar Airways is the sole operator. Qatar Airways’ SVP Commercial Operations, Woo Yew Seong, commented during the launch: “Qatar Airways has reached yet another key milestone in the Philippines, with the launch of additional daily flights to this fast-growing country.”
