China Eastern Airlines added a new service to Singapore Changi Airport on 29 October, with the introduction of thrice-weekly flights from Nanchang Airport.
- China Eastern Airlines has started serving Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) from its Chengdu (CTU) base. The daily flights on the 1,880-kilometre route began on 29 October using the airline’s A320s. The route is already served by Thai Airways with daily flights. This is China Eastern’s fourth service to Bangkok, as it already serves the airport from Jinghong, Kunming and Shanghai. The carrier also launched thrice-weekly flights between Nanchang (KHN) and Singapore (SIN) on 29 October, using A320s.
