Wizz Air adds more Dubai flights and three other routes

This group shot was taken in the southern Polish airport of Katowice to mark Wizz Air’s inaugural flight to Tel Aviv.

Craiova Airport in Romania welcomed Wizz Air’s second (after Milan Bergamo) twice-weekly service, this time to London Luton.
- Wizz Air, which last week became the first carrier to offer passenger services to the new Dubai Al Maktoum (DWC) airport, linked two further European capitals with the Middle Eastern facility on 29 October. Furthermore, the carrier added services on the 2,400-kilometre route from Katowice (KTW) to Tel Aviv (TLV), as well as thrice-weekly flights on its second route from Craiova (CRA) in Romania – to London Luton. On 2 November, Wizz Air also launched weekly flights from Budapest (BUD) to Malta (MLA), a route operated by Air Malta in the past.
