Xiamen Airlines launches second route to Bangkok BKK
Xiamen Airlines has launched its second route in as many weeks to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK). Last week it introduced flights from it base at Xiamen, while this week, on 29 October, thrice-weekly services started from Fuzhou (FOC) using the airline’s 737-800s. No other carrier operates the 2,370-kilometre route. Fuzhou Changle International Airport handled 7.85 million passengers in 2012, making it China’s 25th busiest airport.
