Corsair commences winter sun run to La Romana
- Corsair, France’s second largest airline after Air France, despite operating only eight long-haul aircraft (four A330s and four 747-400s – according to planespotters.net), began operations between Paris (CDG) and La Romana (LRM) in the Dominican Republic. Operated on behalf of Corsair by Spain’s Pullmantur Air, using one of its 747-400s, the weekly service will be flown on Saturdays, starting on 7 December. The seasonal route will operate until 19 April and will face no direct competition.
