Regent Airways makes Singapore its 4th international route from Dhaka

Regent Airways' first arrival in Singapore from Dhaka.

Regent Airways’ first arrival in Singapore from Dhaka on 14 December was welcomed by rain. The service will operate five times weekly using the airline’s 737-700s and will bring to four the number of airlines serving the market.

  • Regent Airways has selected Singapore (SIN) as its fourth international destination from Dhaka (DAC). On 14 December the airline began operating five weekly flights on the 2,880-kilometre route using 737-700s. There is plenty of competition on the route provided by; Tigerair Singapore (10 weekly flights), Singapore Airlines (seven) and Biman Bangladesh Airlines (six). Regent Airways’ other international routes from Dhaka are Bangkok, Kolkata and Kuala Lumpur.
