Seaborne Airlines adds new connection to the Dominican Republic
- Seaborne Airlines, the US Virgin Islands headquartered carrier, launched a new route on 12 December from San Juan (SJU) to La Romana (LRM). The 311-kilometre sector to the Dominican Republic will be operated twice-weekly (Thursdays and Sundays), utilising the airline’s 34-seat Saab 340s, but the service is set to increase to daily from 15 March. Seaborne’s 10th route from San Juan currently faces no competition.
