Volotea adds French route duo to Tenerife Sur and Fuerteventura
- Volotea commenced two new Canary Islands routes from two of its French bases, launching Bordeaux (BOD) to Tenerife Sur (TFS) on 21 December and Nantes (NTE) to Fuerteventura (FUE) on 22 December. Both routes will be operated weekly (Saturdays and Sundays respectively) by the LCC’s 125-seat 717s. Volotea will encounter no competition on the two city pairs. Coincidentally, both routes have exactly the same sector length, at 2,334 kilometres.
