- TAROM, the flag carrier of Romania, resumed services from Bucharest (OTP) to Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO) on 30 March, which was last operated in October 2002. The 1,500-kilometre sector will be served thrice-weekly, utilising a mixed fleet of the airline’s 113-seat 737-700s and 113-seat 737-300s. The SkyTeam member’s new service will face direct competition from fellow SkyTeam member Aeroflot’s four weekly flights.
