Turkish Airlines starts 11th route to Russia with Astrakhan service
- Turkish Airlines expanded its presence in Russia with the launch of a new service from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Astrakhan (ASF) on 30 March. The 1,624-kilometre sector to the administrative centre of Astrakhan Oblast will be operated thrice-weekly by the Star Alliance member’s 159-seat 737-800s.
