Malindo Air starts fourth Indian route from Kuala Lumpur
- Malindo Air, the Malaysian off-shoot of Indonesia’s Lion Air, has commenced operations between Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and Ahmedabad (AMD) in India. Flights appear to have started on Monday 7 April and be operating twice-weekly (Mondays and Fridays), at least initially. No other carrier currently serves this 3,860-kilometre route. Ahmedabad becomes Malindo Air’s fourth route to India after Delhi, Mumbai and Trichy.
