Dniproavia expands its presence at Dnepropetrovsk

On 4 June, Batumi Airport, which is operated by TAV Airports, welcomed the inaugural flight of Dniproavia from Dnepropetrovsk with flowers as well as traditional dances and music on the airfield.

  • Dniproavia expanded its Dnepropetrovsk (DNK) offering with the addition of weekly flights (Wednesdays) to Batumi (BUS) on 4 June. The 921-kilometre sector to the Georgian city on the Black Sea coast will be operated utilising the airline’s 49-seat ERJ 145s and will see a frequency increase to twice-weekly from 18 June. There is no competition on this airport pair. Dniproavia will also launch weekly operations from Kharkiv to Batumi on 18 June.
