- Estonian Air commenced operations on its second route to the Swedish capital on 29 September, when it added 10 weekly flights from its Tallinn (TLL) base to Stockholm Bromma (BMA). The 391-kilometre sector will be operated until 27 March, using wet leased 47-seat ATR 42-500s from DOT LT. No other carrier serves this specific airport pair, but Avies is providing indirect competition by flying twice-weekly from Tallinn to Stockholm Arlanda. Furthermore, the flag carrier of Estonia is also flying 23 times weekly to Arlanda from its base. Tallinn Airport is analysed in more detail in this week’s airport analysis.
