On 9 October, Cincinnati Airport celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony the launch of Allegiant Air’s fourth route from the airport, this time to Fort Lauderdale. The sector is already flown by Delta Air Lines with six weekly flights.
- Allegiant Air commenced its fourth route from Cincinnati, OH (CVG) on 9 October, this time to Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL), a sector which is already served by Delta Air Lines with six weekly flights. The 1,498-kilometre sector will be operated four times weekly, utilising the ULCC’s 166-seat MD-80s. Allegiant is already operating from Cincinnati to Punta Gorda, St. Pete-Clearwater and Orlando Sanford, all three destinatios being served with four weekly flights.
